Sweet Potato Casserole
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 25 Drops or 1 ml-1.5ml of OOOFlavors Sweet Potato Flavor Concentrate
  • 15 Drops or .75ml of OOOFlavors Maple Syrup Flavor Concentrate
  • 10 Drops of OOOFlavors Natural Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 4 TBS of Kerry Gold Butter or any butter of your choice
  • 1 TBS of Cinnamon
  • 1 TBS of Sea Salt
  • 15 Drops or .75ml of OOOFlavors Vanilla Flavor Concentrate
  • 5 TBS of Heavy Cream
  • 4 Cups of Cooked Chopped Cauliflower
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend and Mix
  2. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
  3. Spray Pan
  4. Sprinkle Dash of Cinnamon
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes
Glaze Recipe:
  1. 1/2 Cup of Pecans into blender - Finely Chop
  2. 1/2 Cup of Coconut Oil
  3. 40 Drops of Sucralose or 10 Drops of OOOFlavors Natural Monk Fruit Sweetener
  4. 1/2 TSP of Ground Cinnamon Mix Finely Chopped Pecans together and combine
  5. Add Glaze to Sweet Potato Casserole
