INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Large Eggs
- 25 Drops or 1 ml-1.5ml of OOOFlavors Sweet Potato Flavor Concentrate
- 15 Drops or .75ml of OOOFlavors Maple Syrup Flavor Concentrate
- 10 Drops of OOOFlavors Natural Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 4 TBS of Kerry Gold Butter or any butter of your choice
- 1 TBS of Cinnamon
- 1 TBS of Sea Salt
- 15 Drops or .75ml of OOOFlavors Vanilla Flavor Concentrate
- 5 TBS of Heavy Cream
- 4 Cups of Cooked Chopped Cauliflower
DIRECTIONS
- Blend and Mix
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
- Spray Pan
- Sprinkle Dash of Cinnamon
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
Glaze Recipe:
- 1/2 Cup of Pecans into blender - Finely Chop
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Oil
- 40 Drops of Sucralose or 10 Drops of OOOFlavors Natural Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/2 TSP of Ground Cinnamon Mix Finely Chopped Pecans together and combine
- Add Glaze to Sweet Potato Casserole
