Why We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Product Integrity: Once flavor concentrates leave our facility, we cannot verify their storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity, or container safety) on the consumer's end. Exposure to improper storage conditions can alter the quality and safety of the flavors, making returns or exchanges impossible.

  • Multiple Variables: Flavor performance is highly dependent on various factors, such as:

    • The type of application (e.g., baking, beverages, DIY cosmetics, vaping, etc.).

    • Storage containers used at home.

    • Environmental factors like heat, light, and air exposure.

  • Flavor Variability: Our flavors are crafted with precision, but slight variations may naturally occur due to changes in raw materials. While all our flavors are FDA GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for use in food and beverages, we cannot guarantee identical results across all uses or conditions.

For these reasons, accepting returns could compromise product safety, and we are committed to protecting our customers from any such risks.

We understand that choosing the right flavor can be challenging, especially when trying something new. To help you make the best decision, we offer smaller sample sizes at an affordable price:

  • Dram or 30ml Samples: Starting at under $10, you can try our flavors in smaller quantities before committing to larger orders.

  • Test with Confidence: Sampling allows you to assess the flavor’s performance in your specific application and conditions.

We encourage all customers to take advantage of this option, ensuring the product meets their expectations.

Accidental Orders

Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns if an incorrect item or size was ordered. All sales are final once the order is placed.
