By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with a transaction.


1. Purchases and Orders

1.1 Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse Service

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order, account, or customer relationship at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, suspicion of fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, or repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of checkout. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards and wire/ACH transfers for international orders. We do not accept Cash App, peer-to-peer transfers, or any other unlisted payment methods.

1.3 Order Modifications & Cancellations

All orders are final once placed. We cannot make modifications, substitutions, or cancellations after checkout. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Adding or removing items from an order
  • Changing product variations such as size, packaging, or formulation
  • Applying or correcting discount codes after checkout
  • Updating or correcting the shipping address
  • Changing the payment method or reviewing charges after the order is submitted

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before completing their purchase, including product selections, applied discounts, shipping address, total order amount, and payment method.

If you need assistance reviewing your order or have questions about products, discounts, or shipping, please contact us prior to completing your purchase. We can be reached by phone, email, or online chat, and will gladly help make sure everything is correct before the order is finalized.

1.4 Custom Orders

Custom flavors, bulk quantities, and large-scale orders may require additional processing time. All custom orders are considered final once placed and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.


2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1 Shipping Methods

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS. International orders are shipped exclusively through UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination address.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund, and any additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections, re-delivery attempts, or returns will be the customer’s responsibility.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by their country. Failure to pay these costs may result in delays, returns, or additional fees, which will not be covered by One on One Flavors. All such costs are non-refundable.

2.2 Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on location and order type:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items
  • 2–4 weeks for custom or bulk orders

These are estimates only and do not account for carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

2.3 Delays and Liability

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or any other factors outside of our control. Tracking information will be provided when available, but delivery timelines are set and managed by the carrier and are not guaranteed by One on One Flavors.

Orders delayed in transit are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement unless the carrier declares the package lost and approves a claim.

2.4 Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, returns, or additional charges. One on One Flavors is not responsible for these costs, and they are non-refundable.


3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

3.2 Damages and Discrepancies

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Photographs of the damaged items (if applicable)
  • A copy or clear photo of the signed packing slip that was included in your shipment

Carrier Claims
One on One Flavors will only initiate a claim with the carrier (UPS/USPS) under the following conditions:

  • The package is reported as lost by the carrier
  • The package is returned to us damaged
  • The package arrives to the customer in a condition that is unusable (as determined by the carrier’s claim process)
  • The package is otherwise classified by the carrier as lost or damaged

Replacements

  • Replacement orders will only be processed after the carrier has marked the shipment as lost or damaged and a claim has been filed.
  • Replacements will ship using our standard shipping method. Customers may request Expedited or Next Day Air service, but the additional shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved by One on One Flavors.

Limitations

  • One on One Flavors is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
  • Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier’s claims process and may vary.
  • Issues of taste, strength, or personal preference are not eligible for replacement or refund.

3.3 Restocking Fees

Orders returned to us due to refusal, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or failure to pay customs duties will be subject to a 75% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional shipping charges required to resend the package will be the customer’s responsibility.


4. Product Use Disclaimer

4.1 Intended Use

Our flavorings are food-grade ingredients designed for culinary, beverage, and edible applications. While some customers choose to use them in DIY projects such as cosmetics and crafting, they are not formulated, tested, or marketed as cosmetic or fragrance ingredients. Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability for their intended use.

4.2 Regulatory Compliance

Our products are food-grade flavorings and are not fragrance oils; therefore, they do not require or fall under IFRA compliance. Customers who choose to use our flavors in personal care, cosmetic, or other non-food applications are solely responsible for verifying compliance with any regulations that apply to their intended use.

4.3 Liability Disclaimer

One on One Flavors is not responsible for misuse, improper application, or regulatory compliance of our products outside of food use. Customers are solely responsible for testing and ensuring compatibility with their specific formulations.


5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our full Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected, used, and safeguarded.


6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6.2 Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or the use of our products or services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Nevada. You agree that arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum for dispute resolution, and you waive the right to pursue claims in court or through a jury trial.

6.3 Limitations

All claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.


7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.

By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
