Our flavors are:
- Diacetyl-Free, Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly, Vegan, Nut and Dairy Free, Non-GMO, and Unsweetened.
- Contain no fats, sugars, calories, carbs, or sodium.
- Manufactured in an FDA-certified lab in the USA using premium ingredients.
We offer:
- Water-Soluble Flavors (PG base): Suitable for beverages, baked goods, frostings, and more.
- Oil-Soluble Flavors: Ideal for high-heat applications like hard candy and chocolate, as well as cosmetics and tinctures.
Our flavors are highly concentrated.
Add drops incrementally until you achieve your desired taste.
Suggested usage:
1 cup = 1-3 drops
4 cups = 5-8 drops
8 cups = 10-15 drops
Our flavors are made with food-grade ingredients, though our exact formulas are proprietary. Common ingredients include:
- Natural & Artificial Flavoring: Provide the distinct taste—naturally derived or synthetically made for consistency.
- Carriers: Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerin (VG), Ethyl Alcohol, MCT Oil (from coconut), Soybean, or Sunflower Oil help distribute the flavor evenly.
- Other Ingredients: Trace amounts of approved food-grade ingredients may enhance taste and aroma.
For Powders: Made with maltodextrin (from corn, rice, or potatoes), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), and natural & artificial flavors. No added sweeteners, soy, or sugar.

Our flavors are highly concentrated and not meant to be consumed as is. Proper dilution is necessary to experience the intended flavor.
Color variations are normal due to differences in raw materials and the natural aging process. These changes do not affect the flavor’s quality or taste.
Our flavors do not spoil but may lose potency over time. If stored properly, most flavors last 12-18 months. Refrigerating oils can extend their shelf life, but avoid freezing, as it may cause separation. Shake well before use, as some separation and crystallization can occur.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays, ect.).
- Same-Day Shipping: Most orders ship the same day if payment clears and the order is printed before our 2:00 PM PST mail pickup.
- Payment Processing: Payments usually process immediately. Orders placed through services like PayPal may experience slight delays while payment clears.
- Large Orders (1 Gallon+): Please allow up to 1 week for processing on larger orders.
- Out-of-Stock Items: Orders containing out-of-stock items may require up to 1 week for processing.
- Shipping Time: Processing times do not include shipping time—the delivery time starts once the carrier picks up your order from us.
Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS only.
- Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Unpaid customs fees resulting in returned packages will incur a 20% restocking fee or additional shipping costs for resending.
- Processing time for international orders: 7-28 business days.
Using Your Own Freight Carrier
Wholesale customers may use their own freight carriers. Please email info@oooflavors.com with your order request and note that the customer will provide their own shipping.
DHL is not accepted.
Order Issues
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, including adding or removing items, or canceled—even if the order is still marked as unfulfilled. This is because all orders are immediately sent to processing to ensure a streamlined and efficient fulfillment process. Any changes could disrupt this system and lead to delays for all customers.
If you’d like to purchase additional items, we recommend placing a new order.
Once your package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for its delivery. Contact the carrier directly for updates.
Contact your local post office or the carrier for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
We do not offer refunds for returned packages. Reshipping will incur additional shipping fees. Always double-check your shipping address when placing an order.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
To protect the safety of our employees and customers, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products once they leave our facility.
Report any issues within 7 business days of delivery. Provide the following:
- Photo of the product(s) you recieved.
- "Pack By Card" (included in your package).
- Order Number/ Packing slip.
