INGREDIENTS
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 2 eggs
- 4-6 drops (subjective) OOOFlavors Sweet Lemon Flavoring
- Frozen whipped topping or sweet whipped cream
- Your favorite pie crust
DIRECTIONS
- Bake pie crust and allow to cool
- Preheat oven to 325°: F
- Mix with blender eggs and sweetened condensed milk
- Add OOOFlavors Sweet Lemon Flavoring and lemon zest
- Pour into cooled pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set
- Allow to cool for 1 hour
- Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours
- Garnish with whipped topping & lemon zest
