INGREDIENTS
Cookie Shot Base
- Low-carb chocolate chip cookie dough
- Melted chocolate (for lining)
- Sprinkles (for decoration)
Milkshake Filling
- 1½ cups vanilla ice cream
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 20 drops OOOFlavors Vanilla Milkshake Flavoring
- 2 shots of rum
DIRECTIONS

Prepare the cookie shots:
- Press low-carb cookie dough into a shot glass mold, forming a cavity in the center.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 13 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool, then freeze until solid.

Line the cookie shots:
- Once the cookie shots are frozen, coat the inside with melted chocolate to create a seal. Let the chocolate solidify completely.

Decorate the rims:
- Frost the rim of each cookie shot with melted chocolate and dip into sprinkles for a fun, decorative touch.

Make the boozy milkshake:
- In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, heavy cream, OOOFlavors Vanilla Milkshake Flavoring, and rum. Blend until smooth.

Assemble and serve:
- Pour the milkshake into the cookie shot glasses and serve immediately.
