Low Carb Hot Cocoa Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Protein Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder⁣
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking soda 
  • 1 Dropper of OOOFlavors Hot Cocoa
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract⁣

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all dry ingredients together. Blend in wet ingredients until just combined.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set oven to 350. To get them perfectly round I used a piping bag & piped circles onto the cookie sheet. 
  3. You could also use a cookie scoop or spoon to scoop your dough onto the tray. Bake 12-15 minutes until set around the edges.
  4. After baking & cooling I added some mini marshmallows & chocolate chips to the tops and drizzled with chocolate.
