INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Protein Powder
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sweetener
- 2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
- 1 Dropper of OOOFlavors Hot Cocoa
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all dry ingredients together. Blend in wet ingredients until just combined.
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set oven to 350. To get them perfectly round I used a piping bag & piped circles onto the cookie sheet.
- You could also use a cookie scoop or spoon to scoop your dough onto the tray. Bake 12-15 minutes until set around the edges.
- After baking & cooling I added some mini marshmallows & chocolate chips to the tops and drizzled with chocolate.
