Chamoy Flavored Tequila Cocktail

NGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • ½ tsp Chamoy Flavor Concentrate
  • ½ oz agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • Ice
  • Tajín seasoning (for rimming the glass)
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the glass:

    • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
    • Dip the rim into Tajín seasoning to coat it evenly.
  2. Make the chamoy sauce:

    • In a small bowl, mix together Chamoy Flavor Concentrate, salt, and chili powder. This will create a tangy and spicy chamoy-inspired sauce.
  3. Mix the cocktail:

    • In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, the prepared chamoy sauce, and agave syrup (if using).
  4. Add ice and shake:

    • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, or until well-chilled.
  5. Assemble the drink:

    • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  6. Garnish and serve:

    • Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy immediately!
