Keto Mashed Cauliflower

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 15–20 drops OOOFlavors Mashed Potato Flavor Concentrate

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the cauliflower:

    • Steam or boil the chopped cauliflower until soft (about 8–10 minutes).
  2. Drain and transfer:

    • Drain the cauliflower well to remove excess water and transfer it to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend the ingredients:

    • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, black pepper, and Mashed Potato Flavor Concentrate to the blender or food processor.
    • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust the seasoning:

    • Taste and adjust salt or flavor concentrate as needed to suit your preference.
  5. Serve hot:

    • Transfer the mashed cauliflower to a serving dish and serve warm.

Pro Tips:

  • Garnish with a pat of butter, fresh chopped parsley, or additional grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
  • For a thicker consistency, use less cream or ensure the cauliflower is well-drained before blending.
