- Drain the cauliflower well to remove excess water and transfer it to a blender or food processor.

Blend the ingredients:
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, salt, black pepper, and Mashed Potato Flavor Concentrate to the blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Adjust the seasoning:
- Taste and adjust salt or flavor concentrate as needed to suit your preference.

- Transfer the mashed cauliflower to a serving dish and serve warm.
