INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups milk of choice (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
  • ½ can (7-8 oz) 100% pure pumpkin purée
  • 3 tbsp sweetener (such as Swerve Sweetie)
  • 4 drops OOOFlavors Pumpkin Spice Flavoring
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice seasoning (such as Dak Spice)

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped cream (sugar-free for keto)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until fully combined and thickened.
