INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz whiskey
- 8–10 oz dark roasted coffee (freshly brewed)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 10 drops OOOFlavors Irish Cream Flavoring
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the whiskey and flavoring: Measure 1.5 oz whiskey into a glass, then add 10 drops of OOOFlavors Irish Cream Flavoring. Stir to combine.
- Brew the coffee: Make a fresh pot or cup of dark roasted coffee and pour it into the glass with the whiskey mixture.
- Froth the cream: In a measuring cup or small bowl, whisk 2 tbsp heavy cream until frothy.
- Layer the cream: Gently pour the frothed cream over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect on top of the coffee.
- Add a garnish: Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the cream for a finishing touch.
- Serve warm and enjoy: Sip slowly and savor this delightful low-sugar cocktail!
