Nutty Fudge with Fudge Brownie Flavor

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 drops OOOFlavors Fudge Brownie Flavor Concentrate
  • 1 cup chopped mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, pecans, walnuts)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the pan:

    • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the chocolate:

    • In a medium saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
    • Add the chocolate chips and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Incorporate the flavors:

    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and OOOFlavors Fudge Brownie Flavor Concentrate.
  4. Add the nuts:

    • Fold in the chopped mixed nuts until evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
  5. Set the fudge:

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  6. Cut and serve:

    • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut it into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
