INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 1⅔ cups King Arthur Keto Wheat Flour
- ¾ cup water
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil (reserve 1 tbsp for greasing the pan)
- 20 drops OOO Sourdough Bread Flavor
- 20 drops OOO Garlic Flavor
Optional Add-Ins
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS

Prepare the dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine keto flour, water, instant yeast, salt, olive oil, and OOO Sourdough Bread Flavor and OOO Garlic Flavor. Mix until a dough ball forms.

Knead the dough:
- Knead with a dough hook mixer for 5 minutes or by hand for 7–10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Let it rise:
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm spot until puffy, about 60 minutes.

Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and grease a baking pan or sheet with 1 tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking.

Shape the crust:
- Press the dough down to flatten and roll it out to your desired thickness. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter (or any cutter) for fun individual pieces, or leave as a single large crust.

Assemble the pizza:
- Transfer the dough pieces or whole crust onto the prepared pan. Add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings to each piece.

Bake:
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Cool and serve:
- Let the pizza cool slightly, then slice or serve as individual pieces.
Pro Tip:
For extra flavor, brush the crust edges with garlic butter before baking, and sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning after cooking.
