Pickleback Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 5–7 drops OOOFlavors Pickle Flavoring
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice (for acidity)
  • ½ oz simple syrup or sugar-free alternative (to balance the tanginess)
  • 1–2 dashes celery bitters (optional, for depth)
  • Club soda or tonic water (to top)
  • Garnish: Pickle spear, olive, or fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Prepare the base:
    • In a shaker filled with ice, combine whiskey, pickle flavoring, lemon juice, simple syrup, and celery bitters.
  2. Shake and strain:
    • Shake well to combine the flavors, then strain into a highball or rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda:
    • Add a splash of club soda or tonic water for effervescence.
  4. Garnish and serve:
    • Garnish with a pickle spear, olive, or a sprig of fresh dill for a savory touch.
